Room/Location Th room was very clean, loved the amenities, TV and the hotel being in the airport, I was able to walk and check in my flight in a timely manner. I will recommend this hotel to all my family and Friends. Thank you for a warm welcoming during my and my husband's stay there.
Parking lot. There was no parking lot and we parked our rented car very far away. We had to walk long distance to get to the hotel and we had two big luggage. Suggest that when people are booking to be allocated parking lot near the hotel.

This Hotel is very basic compared to the usual Sheraton standard. Our room had several issues, electric kettle and fridge not working, minimal bathroom amenities, and many items only provided upon request. Replacing appliances was slow and ultimately required a room change, which was very inconvenient during our unplanned stay after missed flights due to delay in connection flight. Breakfast, which was not included, was the only positive—great quality the next morning. Overall, the hotel was costly and disappointing, failing to provide the comfort expected from the Sheraton brand.

Odd room - very high bed which looked like it folded back into a couch. Not great water pressure in shower.

Horrible wait times at check-in. 2-3 people behind the counter and they kept going back to the back room while people waiting, terrible check in process that took a lot longer than any other hotel!

the view was amazing the hotel location is within steps away from train
the check in was busy the team did their best but there was so many people, the brekfast area could be better layout and autmospher, team was amazing at breakfast but still the rest need a left up. finally the left is since 1973 it open before you reach your level i did not feel safe
