A wonderful hotel in a quiet and clean neighborhood, convenient for relaxation.
The journey to the exhibition halls on a weekday takes about 50 minutes.

The view was nice and the breakfast was good.
The 1st room we got had dirt and stains all over the floor.
The 2nd room wasn't much better, still had stains on the floor,crumbs on the side table, the Toilette seat was cracked and the shower leaked into the bedroom, the whole carpet was wet.

Great staff. Communication was clear. Location is nice, everything was the way it should be.
No great parkings, you have to either hope there's something available in front, or look for (albeit free) parking on the main road.

Spacious room (appartement style)
Garbage from previous tenant not cleared. Shower drain broken, flooded entire appartement from shower to toilet to bedroom to living room. Sunshades mostly broken, only 3 working out of 10. Door- and window-locks most of them not functioning properly, leaving big gap in the door near the baby cod (extremely cold during the night for the baby) Litter underneath sofa. Baby cod broken. Temperature extremely high upon arrival, bedroom not able to be vented. Kitchen closets most of knobs broken. Parking is included but NOT on site, so get ready to haul luggage from across town.
2 night stay (no breakfast so cannot comment on that) and when addressed to front desk after the first night, first response was “why didn’t you stop the shower when you noticed the drain wasn’t working?”. Not addressing the other issues presented. FYI: We did stop as soon as we noticed but the appartement was flooded already. 2nd night we also noticed all the water damage that doesn’t just come from a handful of floodings but dozens of not hundreds. The requested clean up of the flooding was half assed with corners of the room still having standing water in them. They HAVE to be aware but are not fixing the issues. So to the owners; “why haven’t you fixed it when you noticed?”
Afterwards checked reviews and seen a review from 2024 (more than a year ago) with the same issues.

I got back late that night and the lift was not working properly. Upon asking the gentlemen at the reception he told me that its not his problem and that I should call the lift manufacturer. Lol !!!!

The roof top apartment was very roomy and the beds were so comfy
It didnt worry us, but there no lift and the final step to the apartment were very step, however this is very German.
