A modern an elegant hotel in a good location, with stylish but functional interior, well designed rooms and a small but cosy spa area with a great view.
While I was in the spa area, a group of persons (fully clothed in elegant evening attire) passed through loudly and proceeded to spend half an hour taking pictures on the hotel terrace, with no respect for the spa visitors, chatting loudly, coming in and out, and overall being a disturbing presence in an otherwise nudist and calm space. I would advise the hotel to handle such photo ops differently in the future

Modern, cool design. Great for business & personal. Great breakfast buffet prepared with care & thought. Fresh, delicious...
The nigth staff was truly unhelpful. But that was a singular issue. The hotel was superb.

I HAVE NOT GUVEN NEGATIVE REVIEW BEFURE. Making exception for this hotel.
1 - Poorly highlighted Policy of hotel to deducted cost of hotel and deposit from credit card then ALSO deduct cost of stay. Had to wait for refund of the first deduction. Not made clear and staff FALSELY said the money wouldn’t be deducted from my card.
2- Room facilities NOT refreshed after first night .
3- Only provided with single duvet for double bed and only one towel.

Air conditioning ineffective .
5- Dubious ‘free upgrade’ to queen room .

The hotel is clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. I also liked the location, I came from the main train station and took the tram, the hotel was around 10-15 minutes walk from tram station. There is also a very close metro station.
The room was comfortable, modern and well equipped.

The room was fantastic, the bed was extremely comfortable and huge! We loved the design, the little touches like Nespresso pods etc. The spa was beautiful too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!
