Breakfast - I didn’t know you can do something wrong with scrambled eggs. Well, relexa was able
I couldn’t enter my room several times - the cards just didn’t work. But having a pleasure to stay at the 6th floor, it took me a while to ask manager and open my door. So I was late for a scheduled meeting

Excellent stay and one of the best prices around Frankfurt. It has a working sauna and Turkish bath from 5pm. The breakfast was excellent and the cleanliness of the hotel was great. The free street parking situation can be a bit tricky, so we went with the motorbike to avoid the hassle.

The staff was so friendly, clean and not noisy
I was not happy that the pub they have was smoking! It would be nice to relax after a long day , this is one thing I look forward to in a hotel after a busy work day and could not enjoy because of a smoking pub! They need to send them out side and not by the door so we walk in and out of the hotel smelling and tasting like smoke. I will not be staying here again and my company. So unhappy about this!

The cleanliness.
The room was not heated at all. It was peak winter with 0 degrees. I found out that the room heaters were switched off at night. It was a difficult night with a baby with us.
