The rooms are very basic For the same price you can get something better No fridge no coffee machine On the other hand room was clean but again very basic for the price paid

The check-out time, the cancellation policy, the price for the night itself - were amazing! The staff was nice and kind, the room was extremely clean, beds were comfy, shower was great - very happy with the decision to book Motel One :) The hotel itself is close to nice brunch place called Café Essential - would also recommend. The tram to the center is just in front of the door.

Excellent location - you can get literally everywhere with the tram no.11 - the stop is right outside the hotel

Check in was fantastic, I'd arrived much earlier than planned, and they let me check into my room before 9 AM at no extra cost, which is unheard of. No fuss, no hassle was in my room about 2 minutes after I gave my credit card details. The lady looking after reception just nailed it, super efficient.
Nothing at all, just used the hotel for sleeping, didn't see the gym etc.

Good location right in front of a tram stop going to the centre. Nice vibe of the hotel and friendly staff. The room was good size for me as a solo traveller and enough for two nights
A little noisy from other guests but didn’t bother me. Would’ve been nice if the tv could connect to Netflix as I could only watch the tv channels in German
