Although we drove here, it was much easier using the nearby U-bahn service to travel within Frankfurt. Also REWE supermarket, and other shops, nearby.

Motel Frankfurt was very easy to access by train from the airport and only 10 mins walk away from where we needed to be so location was key for us. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices - we had been a bit worried about breakfast as we were there on the final day before the hotel closed for their Christmas break but we need not have worried.
The hotel is close to shops and restaurants and cafes and about a 30 minute walk down into Frankfurt town centre or a quick ride on the very frequent metro which has a stop practically outside the hotel.
The room we had was rather dated but everything was clean and worked as it should and as it was only for one night it was no real problem for us. We had a good night's sleep and the surroundings were quiet and secure.
The hotel was not as modern as others but was still perfectly adequate for what we needed it for.

The motel is well-located in the northern extension of Frankfurt's inner city.
It is easily accessible from the Autobahn as well as the metro and is easily walkable. If you have 40 minutes, you can have a nice stroll in a quiet area to the inner city.
The breakfast was as expected, consisting of cold cuts, scrambled eggs, and cereals. Overall, satisfying :)
The motel was built some time ago, and its interior reflects this.
It has its charm, but it is not on par with inner city hotels. Keep that in mind.
Also, I found the beds way too soft. It does not provide sufficient support for my back, and I was struggling for a week or so to avoid my back pain from getting worse. So, if you are an average person who sits a lot, be aware that you want to be careful.
Finally, the outside of the motel leads to a long, elongated park with seating benches. If you're staying over the weekend, there might be youths and juveniles who gather there. And if you stay on ground level, it can be a bit frightening at night.
