Too many stairs before you get to the elevator from reception, then some more stairs from the elevator to the room. Staff were really nice, they helped with the first block of stairs the first day.

All good, good and very polite service, as you would expect. Breakfast was also good, the selection was decent, even if not expansive. Close to Frankfurt Süd train station.
The room and the bathroom were a bit small.
