The rooms were spacious and equipped with balconies.
Only the parking was an issue at night. The night staff wouldn’t give us free parking and tell us that its paid.

Breakfast was good - Staff was amazing -
but there was a gap when one bar had closed and the other wasn’t opening for another 1.5 hrs - we had guests who had come to have drinks and it was inconvenient- otherwise ok ??

The hotel is very clean. The staff is nice and welcoming.
I was disappointed with the breakfast. While there is a reasonable selection of items, the quality of much of the food is poor. In particular, the vegetables looked as though they had been sliced and left in the fridge for a couple of days rather than prepared fresh that morning. The fruit also did not seem fresh.
The selection of fish was limited as well, with no salmon or tuna available.
It is disappointing for a hotel of this standard to serve a breakfast of such low quality. I stay at this hotel and this is not the first time I have experienced this issue.

The location was good for the Deutsche Post Bank venue.
Staff were unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I asked about parking. They did not note down that I requested the day parking and did not explain how to get into the parking structure well. The breakfast also want great for the price.

Great comfortable room with a nice view of the city, very comfortable bed, lots of room to stretch out which is rare in European hotels. I enjoyed bith of the bars too, Leo bar and Leo's Sportsbar. The sportsbar has a really nice vibe
Stairs to/from the parking garage were a little cumbersome when carrying larger suitcases.

A nice breakfast and a fun pub for a post -site-seeing wind down. We liked the long walk to cross the bridge in to Old Town but some might feel it’s a bit far. Felt entirely safe to stroll the main road and enjoy the riverside.
An egg station for fresh fried/scrambled/omelette dishes would be a welcome touch.

View from the room in 24th floor
The room smelled like a toilet and was freezing cold. We had to borrow an electric heater to warm the room.
There was a party on the same floor, even though I had requested a quiet room. Because of the noise, we had to move to another room at midnight.
