Wonderful
The service staff name "Santos": she was very polite and helpful by letting us early check-in, so we can drop our luggage in the room before returning the rental car. Her initiative makes us feel very happy that we can go to the city right away after returning the car.
The room was spaces and clean. Location is great, very close to the train main station, convenient shop and restaurant.

The breakfast was really good with many different options of breads, scrambled and boiled eggs, cheese, juices, hot beverages, etc. The staff was very friendly and kind, with a great attitude to help us and assist us, especially with our baby. I highly recommend it as the location is really good, close to main station and many different touristic attractions.

The breakfast ist very delicious, and the staff is very freindly, location is perfect near the main station (Frankfurt hauptbhanhof ).
The single room is very small,also the bathroom ,There was no heating system in my room , the hotel is old and basic, should renew and maintenance make.

Very close to main train station. Rooms were comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was good!
The building itself is quite old and din't look great in hallways and stairwells, etc.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional especially Roma. I asked Roma for directions to the tour bus and she kindly showed us a map and explained which way we should go .

Close to the station price was ok. Coffee machine on the room.
The room was on the corridor that was quite loud as people were going around. Slamming the door was quite noisy. The toilet was in a small bathroom quite a challenge to sit on it for tall people. The bed mattress was so soft and quite crawled.
