It's a great location for us in order to break up our drive across Europe. There is ample parking and it's dog friendly. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. They made more of an effort this time so there was even a dog bed and bowl waiting for my dog. Restaurant staff member was very helpful in making sure I could have a gluten free dinner. He even caught an error regarding cross contamination which was impressive.
The carpet in the rooms are dirty. It makes more sense to get rid of them and have wooden floors, especially if you allow dogs. Not only is it easier to keep clean but looks and feels cleaner too. Not using loo roll from a previous guest also makes for a nicer experience.

Frequent this hotel for short getaways from Frankfurt. Its exceptional. The ambiance, food, spa and rooms are excellent. Highly had really nice afternoon tea! Staff were so kind!

Staff is super, especially Eleonora at reception, Liza at bar. Room is spacious, beds are comfortable, huge territory, two pools, very good breakfast. Quiet and calm place. Air-conditioning working well.

The setting and lobby decoration.
The hotel is in a nice setting but has a serous staffing problem. We arrived 2:50 pm with a hungry baby and were told that the room was not ready. They kept us with “ in five minutes” until 3:30. We had no acces to bags. We we finally get to the room it was not ready and had to call. We go to the pool that has this ridiculous rule that children have be out by 6 pm, ordered French fries that never arrived, after waiting and insisting for 90 minutes. Steam bath out of service. Security boxes in neither of two rooms worked. Breakfast area struggle to get a table. Lots of people in a small Buffett area.

The staff was excellent. Pool and spa area were pristine. Hotel is large, well run, but a bit impersonal. Great for a business stay over. Not really a vacation destination.

Friendly staff, ample parking, good location for onward travel. We can't comment on other facilities as we use this as a base for driving across Europe.
It should be noted I worked in hospitality so I have a more critical eye as a result. Since being taken over by the Hilton nothing appears to have changed regarding the cleanliness of the rooms- stained carpets, hairs on towels, stained slippers etc. The minibars are now empty, and gluten free breakfast options are sadly minimal and above the gluten which is disappointing. Room service was slow and the water for tea lukewarm but the coffee was nice. Other hotels charge for dog fees but you actually get no personalised perks here so bring your own bowls etc. If you have a dog get a room facing the lake so you can hop out of the window to walk them as opposed to walking through a very long hallway. Sadly people can smoke outside so our room stank as we had a chain smoker next to us.

Good location, nice personnel, especially on breakfast. We use this hotel every year as a rest stop on a way to our vacation.
There was a mishap with our booked room, however it was professionally handled by the receptionist. What wasn’t really ok, that the room we got was near the entrance and there were really noisy people coming down the hall during night so we did not get enough sleep, what is not very safe when you have a full day of driving ahead of you. We choose this hotel to have a relaxed night and to rest ourselves and not to listen to some drunks.

Lovely outdoor and indoor pool. Friendly staff , comfortable ,spacious,functional rooms, good signposting throughout the building
Prices for parking, food very high as nowhere else to be reached on foot. We had a room far away from spa, reception, which resulted in long walks.Maybe checking mobility of guests when allocating rooms.
