Incredible hotel Usually stay at Hotel Intercontinental (now closed) but this place was just as good if not better! Staff from front of house through to bar and service personnel were amazing - friendly and always welcoming. Our room 2105 was one of best I have ever been in. Location was next level! Views of city are to die for - you won’t be disappointed - incredible and all from comfort of your bed. Don’t bother closing blinds or curtains - the view was worth every cent and more!
I’m quite critical but honestly have nothing to say that is remotely negative but if pushed - I’d say it was the reception layout which did not reflect what was upstairs. Maybe it’s deliberate and makes the surprise of seeing the rooms that lay awaiting when you get to your room.

one of the two Vessel Basins of my room was not working properly. The left one was quite close to "clogged"...it just drained. the washbasin didn't drain properly and the shower pressure was poor....so poor and I though I should clam
