Very good location, very central and close to Messe. Very helpful staff, great wifi and good outdoor balcony.
The rooms had paint flaking off the walls and the bed. Mirrors were flaking at the bottom. Spider webs in corners.

The rooms were dirty and several cockroaches bothered me during the night. The matkas were not clean.
There was no internet. There was no hot water. There was no elevator to the fourth floor.

Location is great, very close to the Messe. There is a Call a bike station right next to the hotel, can easily grab a bike to go to the Messe, only 8min by bike.
The curtain was very dirty, and the bed sheet was also with some stains.

Nice staff. Newly made bathroom (although small and it took a while until there was warm water from the shower).
We learnt at the place only that there will be no breakfast the next day. One can easily hear people running up- and downstairs during the night from the room I had on the second floor.

Location, walkimg distance for me to get to the office. I arrived late after reception closing hours but i got clear instrucrioms beforehead, key from the “Boykey” machine and number of the room, so the check im was smooth. I considered that room amd bathroom were clean.
The room was smellng as somebody is constantly smoking in it what worsten then bit the impresion of the room and simple furniture in it. Also the coridor smelled bit of cigerattes. With full homesty i can claim that for the same price I got better rooms in Frankfurt than in this hotel although I am considering to give it chance one more time as I travell there often for my work and the dostance give bit of comfort, but if the smell will not get better than not even a location will male it better.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Messe and 20-25 from the centre. Very clean room, parking free of charge next door on the street. No problems at all. The room is big.Very nice host.Cleaning every day. In the bathroom everything worked perfectly and was very clean. Quiet enough although we lived on the ground floor. The mattress was great. It was better than I expected.
