We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The price-to-performance ratio is excellent. I’d like to give a special mention to the two ladies on the staff; they were very helpful and professional. Although there were some minor issues, they didn't ruin our stay. We will certainly choose this hotel again on our next visit. Thank you for everything!

The bathroom fan did not have an off switch? The bed was a little soft for such a thin mattress? These honestly were the only issues. Staff very helpful

You sink in the bed the mattress was so u comfortable.
Mattress need to be changed. There were a lot of dust all around in the room, which gives the sense of poor cleaning.

Only good thing is it is very close to the main station.
We have placed the card to clean the room handle and this is not done as per the request. Also, there is no shower gel in the shower. We cannot call reception for the shower gel when i am in half way shower.

Very clean. Close to the train station. Room was fairly big. Fine for one night stay.
Did not seem like a 4 star hotel. Sheets didn’t quite fit the bed, pillow slips didn’t fit the pillows, dripping water sound from radiator that couldn’t be fixed, TVs small.

Very friendly staff. The location is excellent, close to many bars and restaurants, as well as to the main shopping area. The bed was super comfortable and it was also very quiet, as we had the room to the inner yard side. Overall a very pleasant experience.
