Arrived early and was able to store my luggage while I explored the city. There was juice available for a refreshing drink at the front desk when you checked in. Great location, near the metro. Within walkind distance to cafes for coffee and meals. Appreciated the elevator! The room was simple, providing just what was needed. The TV worked well for the time I was in the room. Breakfast had a nice assortment of hot and cold food and beverage options. Appreciated the front desk staff arranging for a taxi on my early departure morning to the airport.
All in all it was a pleasant two night stay. The toaster was different - the tray needed to be folded down for the toaster to work. There were a couple pieces of old bread when I went to make toast. Would be good for a diagram or leave the tray folded down for folks to use the toaster. I noticed it was folded back up when I left breakfast

The location was good for messe.
I didnt get the room i paid for. I had no heating in the room, while it was 0 celsius outside. I asked for the heating to get fixed for three days but it didnt get fixed.

Good neighborhood location, clean, and comfortable. Very good value.
Overall the staff interaction was good but there was confusion about a late checkout request. We were told by two front desk attendants the day prior that we could get late checkout but when we tried to confirm the day of were told this was not possible so had to rearrange plans.

I arrived at 2pm and was told I couldn’t check in before 3pm. Even if that is the policy, the receptionist didn’t make any effort to check if there was a room already cleaned and available. I’m a regular there and it was disappointing.
