Quiet location, but near the U-Bahn, a supermarket, bakeries, etc. Convenient for Riedberg campus and downtown. Has a coffee room with bread and a toaster, so a simple breakfast is effectively included for free if you don't want to pay for the fancy one. Staff were great. Room had what I needed, wasn't large but didn't feel cramped.
The mattress was sagging a bit in the middle

Good location spacious room
They informed us of a room in chat then changed it, happened to be lucky and reception was still there.
The shower was very random and kept switching from scolding hot to lukewarm.
I asked them via chat and to a cleaning lady in person NOT TO GO IN THE ROOM, not to clean it and they still did.

Friendly Staff. Free tea/coffee.
Many flies in the bathroom and in the room. The wash basin was leaking. Showers are too old and not working properly.
Breakfast is not worth the money but there aren't many eating options nearby so it's OK.
