Wonderful
The hotel is only a few mins walk from the central station. All amenities as mentioned. Room and bathroom were clean and the staff at the reception were welcoming. Decent breakfast spread, nothing fancy but filling.
It can get a little loud at night from the street noise. No kettle in the room but tea coffee available at the reception all time.

close proximity to train station. Clean room. Breakfast provided. 1L water given to guests. Staff help me to carry luggage to room at 1F. Good for short stay
Staircase into hotel. Lift stop at half floor. Guest need to carry and lift heavy luggage. Breakfast is same everyday.

Very close to the train station (3 mins walk) and breakfast was good, classic continental breakfast with ham, cheese of various types, bread of different type, milk, cereals, yogurt ecc... The room was nice and clean, with a smart TV.
The surroundings of the station are not the best place in the nights, but it's not a hotel's fault.

Extremely friendly staff - I had two separate bookings for two days that would normally require several check-ins and outs as well as invoice handling. The Italian receptionist had however everything prepared for me to handle this in one go when I arrived. No questions needed to be asked, she was extremely friendly and supportive. Thank you so much for this great service, I will definitely come back!

The convenience. It was 3 min walk from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. 24hr check in desk. Super friendly gentleman at the desk. Helped me out very quickly and gave me complimentary sparkly water for the room. Room was tiny, cozy and clean, I booked a twin bed which was very comfy and perfect for one person. Shower was nice and steamy with super water pressure. Breakfast was included. Delicious and lots of small options to pick from. Breakfast room looked gorgeous. Overall I would definitely recommend to anyone. I chose this hotel due to late arrival into Frankfurt and couldn't take the train to my hometown in time. I am so grateful to find this little gem to get some rest during my travels from USA.

Very near to the Main Train Station.
The front door opens outward and naturally you are carrying luggage, so where do stand and where do you keep luggage while the door is opened, and it is a step? Poor architecture design, not expected - it is Germany! I reckon the hotel should correct it !!

We had a very quiet night in a nice-sized room with a comfortable bed. Very convenient to the airport - 15 minutes to get to or from the airport on metro. The free breakfast was delicious. Very friendly staff. The location is a bit sketchy in the late evening but we felt safe at all times.

Wonderful
I loved the location. It is right next to the entrance of the train station and walking distance to downtown. The breakfast was a great point to start the day.
The neighborhood is a little suspicious but we didn’t have any problems and we didn’t stay out later than ten pm.
