Carpet smelled so bad we could hardly sleep, we booked the hilton at Frankfurt for an early departure to honolulu, not knowing that even at 6AM there would be nowhere to purchase coffee, Starbucks closed as well. No coffee at all. Not even in the room with cheap kurig? Pretty unacceptable and even though we are planning another trip for next week we will try the Sheraton or another hotel.

It is located close to train station and airport, both within walking distance. The shower pressure was wonderful too.
I prefer a softer mattress, but if you like a firm mattress you’ll be very happy.

The most comfortable bed and always appreciate in room tea and coffee setup.The breakfast was good..... missing liverwurst and needed more of a German brotchen/bread/meat selection.
Location was convenient and will stay again

The property is amazing and it very nice for those traveling through Frankfurt airport. I stay here on all my trip going through Frankfurt.
As you come to the 3rd floor elevator I was unsure which way to go. A sign would be nice coming out of the 11 floor elevator
