Cleanliness, very friendly staff.
Breakfast was costly, and the parking too. We pre paid for for two days; on the second day, we were not allowed to leave. It does not go from 24 hours to 24 hours; it's day by day. So we have to get out of the car, go back to the hotel, and ask them to validate our parking ticket again.

Pretty central location, accessible light switches from the bed. Overall decent stay in Frankfurt!
We could not get used to the Rum scented hand soap and the toilet door was not closing properly. Also the shower was a little glass cage in the middle of the room, so if you are travelling alone / with your partner, this room is ok- consider a different room / hotel when you are staying with a colleague.

Amazing breakfast - lots of vegan and gluten free options and fresh juice - was able to sit there for a couple of hours doing work
Proximity to main river - went for a early morning run. They also have a run club

Funny smell in the room coming from the shower.
Shower head couldn’t be moved. Not ideal when washing hair :-)

The room was spacious and with good amenities. The room and building were clean. Area is pretty safe and quiet.
The facilities are on the older side, but everything is well maintained. The shower in the middle of the room was a bit strange.

There was a certain smell of wet coming from the bathroom i could feel in my second accomodation period (5th floor), maybe an issue with water leakage (?) , otherwise the first room (1st floor) where i stayed, was perfect

Great location and very friendly staff! Room comes with tea and they give you water upon arrival.
The interior was a bit outdated and marked up, and our floor was a bit smelly for a few hours.

The cleanliness, style of the room, size of the room and bed, the breakfast and the parking.
Couldn't lower the temperature in the room and when we tried, the temperature would climb higher. Thank goodness for the windows that open and the complimentary water.

Stayed in a suite. It was outstanding. The property is near downtown but in a safe area. Very nice and accommodating staff.
Breakfast was ok, but nothing special.
Restaurant is closed on Sunday.
The shower is in the middle of the bedroom- ok- but depends on who you are traveling with.

Very reasonable price, easy check in, great breakfast options, spacious and comfortable room. Free sauna, steam room, and fitness center
Room smelled like sewage and had to open a window for a few hours. Needed to press my suit, and had to go down to reception 3 times to ask for an iron (no phone in the room). Despite assurances, I never got it. Also, love that there is a wellness area with sauna and steam room, but while robes and towels are provided and both are supposed to be textile-free, there is nowhere to change out of your clothes.

Doesn’t have a train station “near” so I need to take the tram(the stop is almost in front of the hotel) and then go to the train
