Very Poor
The location was the only thing I liked about the hotel. Nothing else.
Several aspects did not meet my expectations, especially regarding value for money. This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve had, considering Booking.com listed it as a 4-star property (it felt, at best, like a 3-star).
Price: ~USD 400 per night, no breakfast included.
Check-in: I arrived at 7am after a 12-hour flight. Although the room was available, I was told early check-in would only start at 10am and required an extra fee. Otherwise, the “best option” was entering at 12pm. For a supposed 4-star hotel at this price, this was disappointing.
Lobby service: No one helped with luggage. The only restroom available was on another floor, located in front of guest rooms — quite awkward.
Elevator: Extremely small, especially with luggage.
Hallways: Dirty walls and stained carpets.
Room: Very small and very different from the photos. No view (just another building). Carpet felt dirty. Bathroom was tiny, shower had very low pressure and poor lighting, and the sliding bathroom door barely worked. There was a Nespresso machine, but with generic capsules — unacceptable at this price point. The room refrigerator wasn't working - not even to keep a yogurt alive from one day to the other.
I could go on listing problems. Bottom line: if you expect a 4-star experience, this hotel is absolutely not an option.

Great location near Christmas market, great parking, wonderful view from a very delicious and huge breakfast buffet! Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.
Toilette didn’t smell clean and shower was open glass in the middle of the room and I prefer more privacy.

The location. The entrance area looks nice. The two guys at departure in the morning were friendly.
The hotel was a disappointment.
At arrival at 10pm, the staff at the desk was completely unfocused, or overworked, or tired - but he asked he repeatedly asked the same questions several times. It was so bad he even apologized (so he was indeed friendly).
My room 312 had the following issues:
- When I arrived, I immediately saw that one of the legs of the night tables was broken and slanted, and thus unstable.
- The coffee machine AND the lamp at the desk were. not plugged in.
- There was only Wifi (unstable) if you put your phone very close to the window.
- There was no Wifi around the bed
- There is no plug next to the bed (none!)
- It was a mystery search to find some plugs around the desk, in fact they were hidden behind two curtains.
