Very nice and spacious room. Great breakfast. Very good location just a couple of km from the airport; I wish they had a shuttle
The check in process was horrific. There was just one employee and a line of 20 people waiting, that just grew longer and longer. I tried the self check-in stand, but at the end you get a piece of paper and instructed to see the staff member. So I still had to wait in line. After a long flight, waiting 45 min to check in is totally unacceptable

Super hotel, very good value for money. A few minutes walk from the S-Bahn stop, from which 1 stop to the airport. Very good breakfast (from 5.00 am), clean, safe in the room, kitchenette, ironing facilities.

Hotel facilities very modern and clean. Room very quiet.
We were told that we would receive 2 rooms which were suitable for our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers), but in practice one of the rooms had only a single bed which was obviously not suitable for our 2 teenagers (and was a long way from the other room). We asked for the room to be changed, which was agreed; however the hotel management didn't actually seem to know which rooms have single beds and allocated us a second room, again with a single bed. Eventually it was agreed they would find yet another room with a double/twin beds that we were expecting, however we were told that this was an "upgrade" on the original booking which would cost us 5 Euros - we paid (it was late and we couldn't be bothered getting into a long discussion), but this seemed a very odd arrangement considering the booking was supposed to be for 4 in the first place (and not for four adults sharing one single and one double bed). Also the receptionists seemed to have very little knowledge of their own facilities.

Very comfortable, very clean and spacious and the walk from the hotel to the S-Bahn or Bus station is short, easy to manage even with suitcases!
