The location was practical
It wasn’t the location, it was the staff. Upon arrival the representative wasn’t very welcoming and l was told not to stand in front of her and she directed me to go sit somewhere. Soon after another customer arrived and she assisted them first. I asked about parking and was never told l had to pay. Upon checking out l was charged 18€ and l had asked at the time of check in if parking was included and l was told YES and was given a ticket for the machine. Netflix wasn’t available

The location, Christmas Decorations.
The bathrooms are old and not clean. The mattress and pillows are not up to a 4 star standard and very uncomfortable.
The restaurant staff are not polite nor nice. Not even a simple Good Morning. Specially the lady making the eggs. Very rude and unfriendly.

The address on the booking link is incorrect. Took is to the mall instead of the as actual hotel.
Staff was anything but friendly. No mannerisms. Had to request to have a sofa bed made when my reservation was for 3 people. Her response was oh you need it? I wouldn’t come back. And if you reserve here preceded with caution.
