Wonderful
The rooms are very comfy, big beds and tv screens, with a nice hot rainfall shower and table space etc. Staff were generally available and helpful. Nice to have the supermarket next door. Very quiet.
I had to be given a physical key as the card wasn’t working, which meant I couldn’t access the gym - though it was quite basic unfortunately so it’s not a gym, it’s a room with some TRX bands. I also asked for my room to be cleaned once during my 5 day stay and though they acknowledged, they didn’t do it. It would have been nice to get a fresh towel and kitchen supplies etc. The room was also too hot, even set at 18 degrees.

Self serve breakfast offerings were of very high quality and variety. Walking distance to downtown yet in quiet neighborhood. Welcoming reception staff. Choice of plenty of street parking or covered parking for reasonable fee.

The room was spacious with lots of storage to keep looking nice. Little bit like a 'home' away from home. One silly thing, I needed to cut my suitcase ties open, no scissors, the staff of course helped me out. I did buy a pair next day and left in the tool drawer.

A clean and pleasant rooms. There is a big Supermarket just near the hotel. Shower was big and with hot water. Very good price
The hotel is located in a living neighborhood, you have to take the public transportation for 20 min to arrive to the center. No caffe or resteraunt around.

No signs in the endless corridors where to find the lift. Insist on checkin from 3pm although dozens of rooms are clearly aready prepared. Ghastly endless ipad checkin process (where you have to reenter all the data you already gave to Booking.com) and *another* menu to pay the 2€ tax and *another* menu for checkout.

They upgraded me to a corner suite which was very ergonomic and clean. The room itself was stocked with amenities most hotels won't provide and included a balcony with a pretty nice view of the city. The location itself was very convenient, the city center was a 10 minute walk and if you don't feel like going all the way there's a supermarket in the building next door.

I like the location of the hotel as it is right next to a supermarket. The room, bed and bathroom are all super clean with floor heating in the bathroom. I enjoy my stay at Living Hotel every time.

The location was great, just 10min walk to the sudbahnhof station. The room was big and comfortable. Very functional kitchen and a huge bed and shower.
When we got there we had somthing missing in our room and we also noticed that one of the towls was stained. At the lobby, we felt the staff was somewhat discontent to replenish the things that needed attention. Other then that, everything was great
