The front desk staff were helpful. The location was convenient. The room was clean and spacious.
Some of the breakfast food (rice porridge) wasn't hot enough. Not enough cut fruits and no hot oatmeal available. Also, the blanket in the room was too warm and would have like to have a thinner blanket option. No shelf in the shower for personal items.

I traveled for CPHI conference and the location was perfect. The room was also very large and comfortable. I would stay here again
The room was very hot and I had to open the windows to keep it cool. There is construction or a warehouse behind the hotel that frequently made a lot of noise that kept me up at night.

Clean comfortable good location friendly staff
The fact that a male cleaning person entered our room with a do not disturb sign on the door with out knocking at all while we were in bed they gave me to cheap mini bottles of wine to make up for it in their eyes. My wife and I don’t drink ?

The Capri is our go to hotel in Frankfurt. Spacious rooms, kitchenette, and under ground parking for our bicycles. Great breakfast, varied and delicious. Good coffee. Bright and cheery breakfast room. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We are returning!

As a first time traveler/driver in Germany there was no info on the hotels page to say that this was in the low emission zone, so we had to park in a carpark outside the zone and got an uber there!

Apartment was exactly as at the images on Booking.Very clean, nice interior. Comfortable big bed.Nice living room area. Easy access to the center and at the area a lot of restaurants.
