Brilliant customer service as I was arriving late and leaving early, clear instructions to get in and out, and everything prepared so that I had the paperwork/invoices early in the morning. Clean room, comfy bed and clean bathroom. Ticks all boxes for the night through Frankfurt.

Clean, quiet, modern room.
I wouldn't classify these narrow bunk beds as a standard single bed. They aren't big enough for adults. And the mattress in the top bunk bed was terribly hard and one could feel the mattress springs just by touching . The room is nice and clean but too small for three people with luggage..

Accessibility and free parking.
The room did not offer basic complementary facilities such as tea/coffee. Room was really small. Our luggage couldn't fit in the room properly.

I liked that the reception was willing to wait my check-in until late (around 10:00-11:00 PM) for my confirmation, but of course I had to rush to get it done. The reception staff were polite, the room and the hotel were clean, and the quick breakfasts included in the room rate (like a minibar, but it had everything you need).
Unfortunately, the room was a bit stuffy. The ventilation/air conditioning is only controlled centrally, and couldn't be adjusted individually. I had to open the window, but the highway nearby meant there was a lot of traffic noise. In any case, a short airing session helped, and then closing the window blocked out the highway noise.
