The staff were super friendly, the apartment was spacious, and above everything - the breakfast was exceptional!
While the kitchen was well supplied with cooking equipment, it was not supplied with even the most basic ingredients. I saw people collecting salt and pepper in a napkin in breakfast... We arrived on Christmas which meant all the supermarkets were closed for the first couple of days, then it was Saturday - and on Sunday everything was close again. We begged the people in the reception to sell us a bag of tea, but they couldn't. Knowing that you can't buy groceries and that almost all the restaurants are closed, you can expect at least the basic necessities to be available in the apartment - even simple hotels provide today a few pods of coffee for free.

The location was perfect for going to the Messe.
Staff was excellent.
Breakfast was great!
The beds labeled queen were twin beds pushed together. We prefer a queen or king bed.
They clean the rooms by request only.

Pleasant and helpful reception staff, friendly breakfast staff, excellent breakfast (quality & choice), good location, good view of the small park/lake/fountain and of the cityscape from our window, taxis always available outside. Walking distance to nearby restaurants for dinner. Secure entrance through keycard protected automatic door and elevator.
Apartment slightly smaller than anticipated. Slightly unpleasant to have to walk through the outdoor smoking & drinking area by the entrance.

Value was good for apartment. It was a reasonable size for 4 people. Kitchen has essentially everything you need.
Staff: not very accommodating. Seem disinterested in helping.
Free coffee machine: only available until 1 PM. Every other hotel I’ve been to coffee machine is available 24/7.
Cleanliness: apartment was very dusty when we entered which we wiped ourselves.

-The view from 10th floor was spectcular.
- Spacious room, closets, cupboards, kitchen.
- The desk and slide-out table.

Location, directly opposite the Frankfurt exhibition centre.
I stayed for a total of five nights for CPHI congress and was informed only at check-in that the rooms would not be cleaned during my stay. Additionally, I was told that if I wished to have cleaning, there would be an additional charge.

The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was great.
The dishwasher had a bad smell, the curtains had dried chocolate stuck on them, and the area under the bed was completely dirty.
