The breakfast was amazing ....delicious with a great range of choices ....
The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The staff let me use the dining area to work as it had the bset WiFi and I had Teams meetings with clients back in Australia.
Maybe a few more English TV channels would be nice?

No towels in the room, no toilet papers, no cleaning of the bath and of the carpet....shame.

It was clean.
The hotel is a bit on the far side from center, the hotel itself is very old it feels like you are stepping back in the 1970s. bed wasn't comfortable and too small the room itself was small and the bathroom looked so outdated.
at arrival the gentleman in the reception was eating and he didn't seem very pleased to see us, I asked if he needs my passport he replied no just money, he said money is the most important.

This is my 4th time in this hotel. I love everything about it: location, staff, breakfast, room.
I will return there again next year.
I would suggest changing the pillows. There is no need in four pillows. Please buy decent ones that are more natural and less artificial.

The room was a good size with a nice shower and was quiet.
The tea and coffee making facilities were basic, no milk and poor instant coffee. The member of staff who checked us in was miserable but he was at least there! We never saw another member of staff until the time we checked out
