Wonderful
Convenient location close to Skyline plaza with a supermarket and food court as well. Central train station is about 14 mins’ walk. The room is clean and spacious. Good to equip with a washing machine.
The pillows are a bit too soft. Would appreciate if there are bigger bowls for noodles.

Close to the messe frankfurt and mall and resturants close by, having a little kitchen and washing machine was very convenient.
The pillows were not very suportive. Im not sure why there was only one roll of toilet paper no extra and had to ask for extra. Usually there would be 2 rolls..

We liked the hotel mainly because of its very convenient location. It is only about a 5-minute walk from the central station, which made getting around the city very easy. Another big advantage was the shopping mall right behind the hotel, including a supermarket, which was extremely practical during our stay. We have also stayed at the same hotel chain in Hamburg before, so we were already familiar with the general comfort and concept of the brand, which made us feel comfortable choosing it again.
What we did not like was the kitchen equipment. Since this is an apartment hotel, we expected the kitchen to be better equipped. Even though we only used it for breakfast, we were three people and had to use different sizes of plates and cutlery, as the set was incomplete. Preparing a proper meal would have been difficult. While this was not a major issue for a short stay, it was still a noticeable inconvenience.

The room was very comfortable and the facilities are great. I made regular use of the gym, which is clean and well equipped.
The kitchen could have a few more plateware and silverware available to justify running the dishwasher. Perhaps it would be helpful to provide small kitchen basics to make it more functional, like salt and oil.
I also had a necklace stolen from my room. This was very unpleasant as I overall had a great experience at the hotel.
