The location
I have been a guest to this hotel for the 9th consecutive year. However, this wasn’t how I had expected for it to go.i choose the apartment every year so i can use the stove to heat up the food . However, simply heating up the food had set off the fire alarm which had the fire service team show up. And the hotel charged me 600 euros. However, the room didn’t have any smoke as I had shown several videos and pictures indicating the clear air quality. The manager at the desk Ms. Jenifer wasn’t ready to hear or understand any of our perspectives. Except that she was very keen to receive the 600 euros. The hotel does not have any CCTV as well to indicate any smoke as they reason. However , I had proof to my innocence regardless the hotel was held bent on IF’s and Maybe’s just so that they can charge me 600 euros.I would never ever recommend this property to anyone. Secondly , in terms of cleanliness , I would give a big Zero.

location was amazing. So close to everything we wanted to visit. Very walkable and a block off the river. Love the in room refrigerator and coffee. Property was clean and shower was fabulous. Always hot water. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful.
Wish the property had a restaurant/bar that served more than soup (only option when we were there)

The room amenities were excellent for families; kitchen, microwave, refrigerator. It was great to have a washing machine and dryer. Operating instructions were provided by QR code. The room was clean, spacious and well heated. The location was also good, about halfway between the main statino and city centre so it was easy to walk to and visit sites. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable; the frame raised the mattress in the middle so had to sleep in the opposite direction to be comfortable.

Beautiful location. It’s on the quieter side of Frankfurt, closer to the river, very good location in between Frankfurt train station - less than 10 mins walk and the old town about 6 mins walk. Very nice view of the River as we were on the top floor.
A minor concern, kitchen and appliances a bit dusty.

Located very well , close to everything by foot . Nice gym and pool
The receptionist forgot to inform us about their cleaning policy . We had an issue with the kitchen sink and they forgot to take care of it.

The rooms aren't nice... the carpet was dirty and the beds were uncomfortable. They limit how much TV you can watch... they literally turned the access off for 1 full day of only a 3 day stay. The parking is horrible.

Not sure if it was from the previous guest or cleaning staff, but it was unpleasant to find the toilet was not flushed. Hope it was only my case.

Second time at Adina. Easy check in. Room was large and clean, although they need to shampoo the carpets due to some stains. Front desk stored our bicycles, which was much appreciated.
