The bathroom had warm floor which is very comfortabe. The hotel has good location, room is clean. Overall we had a good experience. We expected the renovation to be new, but it was fine anyway

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The design was amazing: there was a wall-to-wall carpet everywhere, everything was stylish. In the corridor by the rooms, there was a lovely fragrance. The bathroom design was great, the water pressure was strong even on the high floor, the shower was comfy, and the heated floor was just fantastic. The room itself was very warm, with adjustable heating, even though it was cold and snowing outside. Plus, the free minibar had delicious drinks. I also really loved that in this hotel room they had fantastic shower gels, shampoo, and body lotion, all with an incredibly pleasant scent that I really enjoyed. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!
We had an issue in our room: the ventilation cover suddenly came off on its own. The cover was quite heavy, and since I was standing nearby, it could have potentially caused an injury. Everything else was fine, but we wanted to inform you.
Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the room coming from the radiator.

Comfortable bed, homely feeling, nice bathroom.
The room felt too dark during the day as well as in the evening due to insufficient lighting.

Very tastefully decorated with imaginative colour schemes. Functional but at the same time very cosy. I love the fact that tea and coffee are available all day in the lounge at no extra cost. We were asked to put our shoes outside the bedroom door on the eve of Saint Nicolas, only to find them filled the next morning with little presents. A wonderful gesture. The mini bar was filled with wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks also free of charge. Another fine gesture and very innovative. This is definitely our favourite hotel in Frankfurt and we will be staying there again next week for 5 nights.

Disappointing
Location
Poor lighting in room. So dark I couldn’t see or read in bed at night. TV kept going on by itself so had to unplug it. No tea of coffee in room and the bathroom sink is blocked so really couldn’t use it. Had to shave and clean teeth in shower. Such a shame as I’ve stayed many times before and had a much better experience. I suppose all good things eventually come to an end. Very disappointed

Friendly staff. Nicc decoration. The corridors smelled lovely. There were lots of little added extras, such as a bag to borrow, and actually being able to eat and drink the contents of the mini-bar for free. All very welcome.
