Located along a busy road but you hardly hear the noise. Managed to check-in before 12:00 noon which was a plus. Breakfast paid extra and happy that i did, it was a nice one. Front desk staffs are friendly. Will be back.
Some of the breakfast associates were plain. Said ‘thank you’ but there was no respond.

The room was quite good and comfortable.
The service was very disappointing. The staff at check-in were unfriendly and unwelcoming. There was no warmth, no clear communication, and it felt as if helping guests was a burden rather than their job. Unfortunately, the experience during breakfast was similar. The staff seemed inattentive and indifferent, with little effort to provide proper service or create a pleasant atmosphere. It made what should have been a relaxing start to the day feel uncomfortable. Overall, while the hotel’s facilities are good, the poor attitude and lack of professionalism from the staff significantly affected the experience. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving customer service.

The service was good and the room was comfortable.
The location wasn't very good. The bathroom supplies weren't enough and no Iron and ironing board readily available.
