Poor facilities for outrageous price. Tv was cracked and everything was just low quality. That room for over €100 was just ridiculous

There was no room service the rooms were not cleaned during the whole duration of our stay. No change of towels.

Good shower, clean, good mattress
Only one lift was operating for the entire hotels - long waits! Staff was partly untrained although friendly. Restaurant was not open, and little opportunities close by for dinner.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The parking payment system is a disaster. The ticket didn’t work so I ended up paying double.
There was no food available on a Monday evening. Restaurant was closed, the lounge bar didn’t offer anything either and restaurants nearby were all closed.
No coffee in the room.
