Poor
The overall standard was very basic. For example, the quality of food served in the restaurant was quite poor, the in-room coffee was just Nescafé instant, and many staff members were unable to communicate in English. Given these shortcomings, it’s misleading for this property to be rated as a four-star hotel.

Virtually all the staff were fabulous, really helpful and charming, a real credit to their profession. We had food and drink on three occasions. . However, the evening meals are much better value than the breakfast (see below) and I can personally recommend the smoked salmon, rostis and salad. All in all, I would stay there again
The breakfast is way expensive at 18 Euros for what it offers, I think a fairer price would be 12 euros. Also, due to a booking error on my part (through Booking.com) I was given a surcharge at the end of my stay. I would have much preferred to have been told this at the beginning of the stay and then I could have contacted Booking.com about it.

The room was a very good size and well set out as a disabled friendly room. Coffee facilities, which is not always in German hotels. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Parking was expensive and a distance from the entrance.
