Location was great; close to Christmas markt and Haubtbahnhof. Parking close by (around 10 euro a day). Free coffee, tea, and some chips and candy
The staff was unable to communicate in any language (and we could speak Dutch, German, English, French, Chinese and Serbian). Any requests (extra blanket, broken coffee machine) were not understood or poorly addressed. There was a draft in the room and loud people outside + throwing out trash in the evening, making falling asleep on the hard matrasses even harder. In my opinion, maybe 3 stars at best - especially at this price (with no breakfast included).

Location was great super close to the main station, and the room was clean but house keeping is every three days
We were traveling with a baby and a stroller, our room was on the first floor there was an elevator but then there were around 6 stairs, which was super inconvenient with a stroller...

Central location. Very close to the railway station and the centre of town.
The buffet breakfast was excellent.
Squeezing a double bed into a small room. I don't like a double bed against a wall so you have to clamber over someone to get out especially during the night when you need a bathroom. We booked two rooms and both were the same.

Great location. Their was a Christmas market very close. Great breakfast friendly and cooperative stuff. I came with bicycle and they store my bike.

Good reception, good bicycle storage. We have been cycle touring for 7 weeks and this was the best breakfast we have ever seen in Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg! Great location near train stations and pedestrian shopping area! Helpful staff spoke very good English!
