Friendly staff, comfy bed, very clean.
No lift to upper floors, shower drain cover was not attached and kept slipping when using the shower getting under my feet.

the hotel does not have an elevator, the room was on the fourth floor without an elevator, in an improvised attic and it looked more like a renovated barn than a room for rent.
I would praise the hygiene, it was really clean, but everything else was just disappointing

Staff were super friendly, very clean room and bathroom and nice that they provided complimentary water, coffee and tea.
The mattress was far too soft so it caused some temporary back pain.

Nice, quiet hotel in a good location, very close to the subway and tram, only 10 min to the train station. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options, Staff was absolutely fantastic, very kind and helpful.
Bed was not very comfortable. I'm 1.60, and this single bed was just long enough to accommodate me. I cannot imagine how would a taller person sleep on such a tiny bed. Also (but I noticed it in other German hotels too) my pillow was huge! You are pretty much half-sitting intstead of lying down.

Location is excellent, right next to U Bahn. Can reach center in 4-5 mins. The area is very lively. Great communication on check-in and check out.
The room is really very small, I know it's mentioned in the description but I wd say not possible to stay if 2 guests. I stayed alone in a double bed room. Bathroom is like in a airplane...

Really well run, rooms are still equipped beyond what one expects. Bed is superb. Good lighting. Really handy for access to all the work and tourist attractions. Excellent free WiFi

Super friendly and helpful staff, very comfy and clean rooms, awesome buffet breakfast with a lot of options and a complimentary lunch bag. They even gave us a free public transport pass each covering our whole stay.

Good location, clean and comfortable.
Arrived later in the evening and the door was locked, no info on how to access our keys so had to call the hotel manager up.
