Overall, everything was good. At first, I stayed in a room where the internet was unavailable, likely due to its distance from the Wi-Fi access point. After I asked, the staff changed it the next day. The new room was excellent, and the internet worked very well. I also wanted to have hot water, and when I asked at the reception, they kindly provided me with a kettle.
They should improve the Wi-Fi coverage in rooms where the signal is weak or doesn’t reach. This is very important, as guests often rely on having internet access in their rooms, but in some areas the connection is unavailable.

It’s all about location and this place is perfectly situated in the middle of everything. You could literally walk out of the train station and throw a rock and hit the front doors. My room was very well appointed, but but I noticed it started getting cold. Luana, who I think was the manager of the hotel at the time went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me. This is the type of exceptional professionalism you don’t find very often in Europe. As an American, customer service is Paramount and it is what keeps guest coming back time and again.

Good breakfast. Easy to adjust heat controls in the room. Comfortable bed with good pillows. (Not the usual almost useless thin down filled pillows in most German hotels)
I was out of the room from 09:30 until 16:00. At 16:15 the room cleaner knocked on the door to clean the room. I declined. Just a very minor issue. I am sure I could have arranged an earlier room cleaning, if required.
