It’s all about location and this place is perfectly situated in the middle of everything. You could literally walk out of the train station and throw a rock and hit the front doors. My room was very well appointed, but but I noticed it started getting cold. Luana, who I think was the manager of the hotel at the time went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me. This is the type of exceptional professionalism you don’t find very often in Europe. As an American, customer service is Paramount and it is what keeps guest coming back time and again.
