The location was very good – close to the city centre and convenient for getting around.The staff were not very helpful, and the breakfast was disappointing. Although breakfast was included in my booking, the hotel charged me extra. I showed my email confirmation, but the staff were rude, insulting, and unprofessional. Overall, the service was very disappointing.

No mini bar/water in the room. Water in the lobby, almost 4e 500ml plastic bottle of water. Room doors are closing loudly.
