Disappointing
Nice location where you can reach everything within 15 min walk Parking is available for 15 euro per day and you can get out and in as much as you want Receptionists are nice but not helpful
The rooms are ridiculously tiny, and the bathroom is even worse. There is absolutely no service whatsoever — not even a phone in the room to order anything or ask for help. If you need something in the middle of the night, you’re forced to get dressed and walk all the way to reception yourself. And don’t be fooled by the so-called AI agent “Tom” claiming it will forward your requests to reception — it does absolutely nothing. Your messages are ignored, and no one follows up. Completely useless system. The breakfast is another disappointment: poor quality, overpriced at €17.80, and nowhere near worth the money. You’re far better off going to a local bakery where you’ll get fresher and better food for less. The answer to the comments online is frustrating as if the guests don’t know what they are talking about or never been in a hotel before. Unless you have absolutely no other choice, avoid this place.

The location was very good – close to the city centre and convenient for getting around.The staff were not very helpful, and the breakfast was disappointing. Although breakfast was included in my booking, the hotel charged me extra. I showed my email confirmation, but the staff were rude, insulting, and unprofessional. Overall, the service was very disappointing.
