The stay as such met my expectations. The hotel is well situated, right next to a metro stop and within walking distance to Messe Essen. The staff were friendly, everywhere was clean. For a business trip for a few days, I would rate it as suitable accommodation.
In my opinion the mattress was very soft and sounds from the hallway disturbed me at night. Breakfast was very monotonous — the same choices every day — but tasty.

The hotel is well placed, close to the underground station. There are numerous restaurants and supermarkets in the area.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The location was excellent, with a metro stop right outside and within walking distance of Messe Essen. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety

The staff at reception and breakfast area is good.
The hotel is next to Metro station, so travel is convenient.
Breakfast is fine and includes Eggs.
The rooms looks a bit outdated.

Elevator is sooo slow
No water bottles provided
Rooms are so small, 80% of the beds in this hotel lay against the wall. So if you don’t mind sleeping near a wall it’s fine.
Elevators are very very slow
No water provided - this is a such a shame that they can’t afford 30cents to provide a bottle for their guests
For the price you can stay in the Premier inn - incomparable comfort and amenities
