Terrible service, I had to ask for an invoice and correct data several times. Despite the staff's assurances that I would receive the documents by email after check-out. Despite paying for the stay directly through booking, the hotel demanded another payment and referred me to the booking portal instead of checking in the system.

Very Poor
Only the view was good, but the other things I will explain.
Rating: 1 star
My stay at this hotel was disappointing on many levels. The reception staff were cold and unwelcoming, with negative and unfriendly responses. The buffet staff were also unapproachable, with uncomfortable looks that made us feel out of place.
The food was not diverse, with almost no consideration for guests who don’t eat meat. Breakfast was limited to just eggs and cheese.
We had to request technical support multiple times before someone responded — often requiring three separate requests to get any help. The air conditioner would turn off by itself, the TV didn’t work, and mosquitoes were everywhere. These issues were only resolved at the end of our stay, which made the whole experience frustrating.
There was no value for the money paid. I definitely would not recommend this hotel or stay here again.

Very good location for travellers by car in transit, quiet room despite being on main routes, easy access with lift for handicapped guests.
I don't think we were told in advance that parking at the hotel would come at a cost of € 15 per night which made the value for money rate a little less advantageous.

Although the venue is known as the Holiday Inn it's hard to find the location as the Sign on the building says The Niu which makes it a bit confusing

For the price I paid, when I asked, why there’s no complimentary, they said it was a low budget hotel :-) that made me laugh
I guess if I pay over 250 Euros for an hotel for a night, I’ll expect water :-)
