Location is perfect We stayed one night for the Christmas market. You step out of the door and you are already at the market. Friendly personel. Parking garage in front of the hotel. We had a beautiful view from our window.
If you want your window open can get noisy. But that is a downside to be so close to the market.

The Motel One hotel chain was an eye-opener for us: you can always expect a certain level of comfort and a good price. The design of the hotel is very original, pleasing to the eye. Clean and best central location. It is certainly a hotel, not a motel!
The room is certainly small, not too comfortable for staying longer than two or three nights. The bed and pillows did not suit us in terms of comfort, although this does not happen often.

Motel one is just a great chain with high standards across all locations. However, staff is what really makes the (positive) difference. Please keep up the great work.
Prices have risen quite a bit within the last few years though. So it’s not really the bargain it used to be anymore.

Very friendly staff that gave us a warm welcome. They were very friendly to our kids and were accommodating. The location was excellent for the Christmas market. The rooms were clean and well maintained and a good size. The parking was close to the hotel and the price was reasonable.
A few more facilities would have been nice.

Lovely room, nice little details, good breakfast and really convenient location.
Even after the Christmas market closed there was a little bit of what sounded like machine noise. This eventually stopped and I assume it was something to do with the Christmas market. (The flip side of that is that you get all the benefits of having the Christmas market just outside the door.)

We loved the location. Close to everything we wanted. Christmas Market right out the front door.
Only improvement I could suggest is wash clothes added to the bathroom.
