Hotel is nice, clean, breakfast great, beautifull garden with pool at the breakfast, room was big, bed comfortable.
On the last day 21.8 approximately around 8:30 i came to reception to request invoice for my stay. I provided the company address for the invoice after my arrival on a paper form, which was afterwards probably typed incorrectly into the computer by staff. The lady which which was providing the invoice for me on 21.8 however directly printed invoice and after she gave it to me I noticed , that something in company adress is not correct. Receptionist started to be irritated and complaining that she was asking me, if its correct, which was absolutely not true, she didnt give me any invoice preview and she also did not show me the address in the computer to verify with me if its correct. Her colleague previous week printed a preview for me, but this lady was aparently too busy to do it and then started to complain that now she has to reverse the invoice an it takes some time. It took 1 minute... Such an irritated and impatient stuff with bad mood really shouldnt face customers at the reception.
One of the body towels after my arrival was stinking. As I had 2 towels, I used the second one only, which was ok. On the 20.8 which was 3rd day if my stay in the morning i left stinking towel on the floor and expected it to be replaced. When I came back into hotel room in the evening , I could recognize by the smell, that the stinking towel was just taken from the floor by cleaning stuff and put back on the hanger. My room no was 126.

I stay at this hotel very often, and overall it’s an excellent choice. The location is perfect for me—just one tram/U-Bahn stop from the central station, with the added convenience of a parking garage. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, and the rooms are very comfortable. The highlight for me is definitely the wonderful bed: although mattresses are always a personal preference, I have honestly never slept so well in any other hotel.
The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, but unfortunately the first room I was given smelled strongly of smoke. This is not the hotel’s fault, but rather the result of disrespectful guests who choose to smoke inside despite the rules. I personally think such behavior should be fined, as it negatively affects other visitors. Thankfully, the staff was helpful in providing me with another room, and the rest of my stay was pleasant.

The hotel was beautiful. The atrium had intimate seating areas for private conversations and a cafe. The room is comfortable and well lit with seating for two people. The bed offered a good night’s sleep. We will stay here again.

The candy in the lobby, and the kind breakfast staff!
It all started when I kindly asked in April to get a room close to my friends. They were rude and not service minded at all. I also overheard that all the people that checked in got free breakfast when u became a member but i couldn’t get that either. Then I asked for a late checkout and they also confirmed that. When I double checked in the lobby when we checked in they also confirmed that. But the last day at the checkout a very unpolite lady in the lobby called and woke me up almost 3 hours earlier then the time that they confirmed to me, and explained for me that no one had confirmed that to me and no one talked to her and no one can confirm that and no one had done that to me. Even with proof and messages since beginning of April.. I couldn’t get any compensation for anything even after I showed her my conversation with the hotel. She didn’t even look at it… This was 14 of July, and the conversation was from the 7 of April.
During my 4 days stay my door got opened 5 times even if I had a “don’t disturb” sign. Same there the receptionist didn’t listen or mind at all.
So if it wasn’t because of the kind staff at the breakfast I should’ve hated my stay.
I’ve tried to reach the manager but no reply on email or booking site.
If u meet these people I recommend to look for another hotel.

Good central position
The room was very average with no complimentary water or minibar – quite uncomfortable considering it was 40°C outside. Breakfast was very basic, and the overall service was underwhelming, with no warm greeting or engagement from the staff. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations and certainly wasn’t worth the money.

Had breakfast one morning-choice was very good but dining room was soulless
Staff overall were excellent, friendly and helpful and to be honest they were the saving grace of the hotel
Liked the availability of sweets etc at reception
Rooms are a lovely size and bathrooms have tubs
Very disappointed that the exercise facility was not available ; bar doesn't open til 6pm daily !! Paid for " upgrade" room overlooking inner court so it was quiet but included in the upgrade was a mini bar !! Disappointing as the fridge was empty and we had to ask at reception every time we wanted a bottle of water, beer etc. To be honest the hotel advertises gym facilities, bar etc but what's provided is far below the expected standard
