Good location, friendly staff, good beds, pleasant design. Breakfast is also elaborate. Rooms are spacious, very near the busy streets. Parking is convenient albeit on the pricey side.
Asked for a quiet room on a higher floor but got a room next to the fire escape on the second floor, right next to a busy street. Sub-par soundproofing, both inside and outside. Bathroom needs an update and is a bit cramped.

The room was very nice and spacious and the bathroom nice as well. We were upgraded for free to a quiet room facing the courtyard - much appreciated!
The breakfast was too expensive and not at all worth the money. It would be nice if one could have just a cup of coffee and bread/croissant at a decent price. Also missed room service....

A little more options for evening meals/Bar food would of been good even though the pizzas were very nice was menu was very limited.

The hotel is simple and clean, perfect for spending a night. The location is good, walking distance to the city center a nice street with restaurants and close to the concert hall. Rooms are decent size, beds are ok, the bathroom looked better than on the pictures. Parking garage was spacious and convenient

Instead of putting the drink in the fridge you have to pick them from the reception instead of arranging that before the guests arrive. The tower didn’t look clean and they too small
