Room was clean and arranged, most of the things were in working condition Hygiene was maintained , the important point is the location of the hotel is Reachable , it had tram connectivity from central station , there are shopping marts and food complex right below and ample parking space.
Check-in and checkout process could have been improved, 1 person should be available at location for not so tech-savvy people to help them navigate process. Room prices are also on higher side considering they are saving costs by not employing more people to run the hotel. Also with the prices the amenities didn't met expectations , like there was no heating kettle or Tea /coffee provision in rooms ( which is kind of Basic)

I really liked the fact that I was able to control the heating directly in the room, which allowed me to adjust the temperature to my own comfort
Despite requesting via WhatsApp to have the room pre-heated before my arrival, it was very cold when I entered. It took about an hour to warm up; it would have been a simple task for the staff to ask the cleaning crew to turn the heat on for me.
Additionally, the sound insulation is poor—the walls are very thin, so you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, which means there isn't much privacy. Lastly, the mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable. For the price charged, I expected a better quality investment in the bedding

I couldn't get into my room .. no WiFi ... no staff on site. I ended up booking into another hotel.
If you want more detail let me know. In future I won't use hotels that are run from a central hub "remotely". You need to have staff on site.

I tried to cancel as info on booking.com was not relevant. I tried to cancel as the place scared me, but I was denied.
A terrible experience to realise what I booked I found another hotel, a very nice one. So I had to pay twice.
