Easy to use and clean.
Broken blind handle so it was just dark. Couldn't open it. Nobody there to contact. Housekeeping should have spotted it before giving us the room.

The price was cheap for the area but super expensive for what you get
Self-check-in code did not work and it was frustrating to get in. Not even minimal creature comforts in the rooms. Lack of safe feeling without any staff anywhere. Just robo vacuums and dark halls that light up only when you walk into them. NOT WOMEN-FRIENDLY!

Cozy, spacious room, modern fittings, modern bathroom, good wifi, TV easy to handle. Good lightening from different sources.

Very close to a tram station with regular trams to city and railway station (unless traffic is interrupted by construction work, as in March 2025 the case)
Security. Main door always open. This is NOT acceptable. Risk of people breaking into rooms or homeless people staying in lobby. Not sure, hopefully they have at least CCTV. Therefore, I did not leave valuables in my room.
Nothing for grandma or grandpa. I had to help an older man from Iraq with check-in at machine.
Not to blame hotel for it. Tracks of tram are repaired now. From railway station must first take a subway (U 11, 17 or 18 or 105) to Berliner Platz, then (poor description at station) take a bus 101, 103 or 105 two more stations to Kronenburg stop. I strongly recommend the hotel to inform guests in their automatic mail about these transport options. The connecting buses are very frequent.

Good location close to a tramstop. Parking in the garage wich is locked.
The beds were a bit hard in our opinion.
