I couldn't get into my room .. no WiFi ... no staff on site. I ended up booking into another hotel.
If you want more detail let me know. In future I won't use hotels that are run from a central hub "remotely". You need to have staff on site.

The mattresses were extremely slippery and uncomfortable for sleeping; they should be shared.
