The albanian receptionist guy was very nice and polite during my check in
The facility is very old and extremely noisy. The clients are very loud, and I couldn’t sleep the whole night. You can hear every movement and every door opening. I also didn’t know what time breakfast was - I went down at 9:35, and they told me it ended at 9:30. In just five minutes, everything was already cleaned up. The staff at reception were very rude when I checked out.

Great location. Strongest water pressure I've ever seen in a hotel. Room was warm (radiators can be adjusted) and had windows than could be opened. Fridge in room.
The building is deteriorating and feels like it could use a bit of renovation. Paint and wallpapers were chipping and some electric outlets were hanging from the wall, held up only by the cords. There was an interior door in the hallway close to our room which always closed with a loud bang, which wasn't great when trying to sleep. Pillows were awfully flat but this seems to be a German thing in general. The breakfast was a bit bleak with basic toast and cereal setup, but for example no juice or fruit. The cold items (f.ex. cheese, cold cuts, sliced veggies) were catered on a cooler unit that was seemingly set to freezing cold. Coffee machine was great though.
