Standard hotel and clean and comfortable
The check in out of hours was an issue as people could not get access.
There were a lot of confused people in the reception area.
Somebody managed to call a number and were told that the staff were at a Xmas party so could t help.
He eventually got through to a number and resolved the issue and passed the number to me.
I was able to call and got my access.
I then passed the number to some other people to help them.
Also, I really hurt my head in the night when I banged it on the bunk bed nice my bed.
This made my tooth bleed and I had a headache all day.
Can you not look into redesigning the sharp edges of these beds?

The room for the cost was ok, but it was very noisy could hear other people in rooms and there was a Constance noise coming from the elevator, like a ringing phone then someone talking every 5 minites

The breakfast was fine although not quite as good as the Ibis we stayed in in Hildesheim. Similar but not as extensive.
Room was very basic. For some reason there was a bunk over the double bed which made viewing the tv in corner difficult. Room was hot even when thermostat turned down. When window opened to let in air there was constant noise of traffic from busy road even on Sunday. Toilet cubicle v small. Shower similar but passable.

Low price, clean rooms. That is it - nothing else good to say about this place.
No staff when I arrived to chek-in, even though I came in the time stated in my booking. Waited about 20 minutes for staff to arrive. The self-check-in machines were not installed, so could not check-in myself. I extended for 1 day next morning. Still the staff packed all my stuff and removed it from my room while I was out - the reception did not tell the cleaners about the extension. When I came back and my stuff was gone, the reception was again closed, and there were no staff at all in the hotel. Guests arrived to check-in but could not. I had to wait 45 minutes for staff to turn up and unlock the room so I could get my stuff. The young man was friendly and helpful, but it is not good to have an empty hotel with zero staff, and not ok to take guests luggage. receptionist should have informed the cleaners, and the cleaners should have checked with reception before just taking my things. Also the free breakfast B&B Hotels promise when you sign up with them - I never got it. Not after 3 bookings - feel cheated by them. Definently will look for alternatives like Ibis Budget etc. Also the location is in the middle of an industrial estate and the car park fil up quickly, so come early or risk not being able to park your car. No coffee or anything in the rooms, and all the vending machines were broken, so you could not get anything. Had to drive 4-5 kilometers after 11 pm. to get just a coke to drink. This hotel really needs to get in order.

The bed was actually comfortable even though I don't like soft mattresses.
It was disgustingly dirty all around the hotel.In the rooms there's trash left and spiderwebs and dead bugs not to talk about that the hotel definitely needs renovating.
