Excellent value for the price. In the best part of the city, 2-5 min walk from every possible coffee shop, restaurant, grocery store and shopping! And train station is 2 min walk.

I have been staying at this hotel for my holidays for about five years, and it always feels great. Mariam at the reception is very welcoming, professional, and truly kind. The hotel is always clean, with daily fresh sheets, shampoo, and shower gel provided. The rooms are very comfortable, with a small fridge, a chair and a desk with plenty of lighting, and a safe. Breakfast is fresh, varied, and similar to a 4-star hotel. The location is, in my opinion (and even according to Google), the best area in the city. Around the hotel you can find restaurants, bars, cafés, a pharmacy, clinics, an off-license shop, and the metro station is less than 5 minutes’ walk. I highly recommend it.

Nice place, good breakfast and fine rooms!
Staff didn’t speak English, and were not on location when we came to check in, so we had to call a number, it was very difficult!

I like that there was parking available. It wasn't a very busy hotel. And its location is good in central. I was also really quiet. Had a nice view from the window. Also had breakfast which was great. Great coffee and a variety of German breakfast

Great hotel and location, breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and it was all easy. There was also an elevator to use.
The USB outlet by my bed did not work fast enough. I plugged in my phone at 1am at 22%. At 8:30am it was only to 43%. It was problematic because I was going to be underway all day and needed my phone and it was too late. I should have used the normal outlets but they were only available across the room

Your description was totally wrong. It says 1,000 feet from Central station, when it's over a mile away! A 15€ taxi ride.
The hotel was fine, but certainly not walking distance from Central station

The staff was great and helped us through the phone.The breakefast was good enauph and comphy
The room signed to me was old and shower did not work proparly. Also the window was broken and you could hear the thunders and the rain outside. Also the people talking.
