Completely ripped off..... 1st of all we needed to change our booking from 4 nights to 3 and the hotel ignored us for months and then the day before said they couldn't do it!
2nd - we booked a deluxe double room and they shoved us in the one room THAT WAS HALF THE SIZE of every other room and a single room. Look at the fire plan - room 16
I have made a complaint to them and booking.com and await the outcome. Disgusting and dishonest - FALSE ADVERTISING
