First of all. The stuffs were amazing. I arrive very very late at nigth. I had to phone them and they gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and paciente. The room is small but very clean and comfortable

The bed was wonderful, as a big tall man, you can't ask more if the bed is perfect.
The thing is that i didn't saw any stuff accept i saw someone on the interphone when i checked-in [spoke to someone, am not sure if that considered seeing someone] . Upto now i am not sure if there is a front desk! I work in an hotel has well.

Comfortable room, great location - 20 minutes on foot from the Ruhr Museum and near public transportation and restaurants.
Friendly staff and quality breakfast.

Friendly staff, good information, fast reaction on questions. Very good cleanliness. Good breakfast, on time. Parking space at the hotel.
WiFi was down on the first evening. Only one socket for charging devices. Bed lamps do not hold position.
