Very friendly staff and a good quality breakfast. The hotel was nicely located in a quite area close to the Rttenscheider Strae (full of small shops and coffee shops).
The only minus was that our room had an unpleasant smell. We suppose it comes from the ventilation.

Promot reply to my message on booking.com. Helpdul staff, and cosy room. Although I was travling alone I received a big confy room.
Maybe more electric plug options would be good for phone charging (usb cables).

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Moreover, I had a super breakfast that was tasty and healthy too. I would recommend this hotel for family, holiday and business trips.
